Because the value of gold and silver fluctuates continuously with the live market, our refund and return terms differ from standard retail policies. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. All Sales Are Final

Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, the price is locked at that moment’s spot rate and the position is sourced on the client’s behalf immediately. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded due to subsequent market movement, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

2. Cancellation Window

Orders may only be cancelled before payment has cleared. Once funds clear and the order enters processing, it is considered final.

3. Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you receive an item that is materially different from what you ordered (wrong product, incorrect weight, or a manufacturing defect), contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns are not accepted without prior authorization.
• Returned items must be unopened, in their original tamper-evident packaging, with all certificates of authenticity intact. Items with broken seals, signs of handling, or missing certification cannot be accepted, as authenticity can no longer be guaranteed.
• All approved returns are subject to independent assay/verification on receipt before any refund or replacement is issued.

4. Refund Method & Timing

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days of the returned item passing verification.
• Refunds for verified defective or incorrect items are issued for the full original purchase price; no restocking fee applies in these cases.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Custom or bespoke orders, items purchased through gold savings/accumulation plans, and any product removed from its original sealed packaging are non-returnable.

6. Selling Your Gold Back to Us

If you wish to liquidate a holding rather than return a defective item, Gold Kings Investments offers a buyback option at the prevailing market rate at the time of sale. This is a separate process from a refund — contact your account representative for current buyback terms.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Given the final-sale nature of bullion transactions, please contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so we can resolve any genuine fulfillment issue quickly.
