At Gold Kings Investments, the security of every shipment is treated with the same care we apply to safeguarding our clients’ wealth. This policy outlines how physical gold and silver products purchased through our site are processed, insured, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed only after full payment has cleared. Because pricing is locked to live spot rates at the moment of purchase, processing cannot begin on unfunded or pending orders.
• Most orders are prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days of cleared payment. High-value or large allocations (e.g., 1kg+ bars) may require additional time for sourcing and verification.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships, along with tracking information.

2. Carriers & Packaging

• All shipments are sent fully insured for the total declared value of their contents, via trackable, signature-required courier.
• For security, packages ship in discreet, unmarked packaging with no external reference to their contents.
• Someone aged 18 or older must be present to sign for delivery. Packages cannot be left unattended.

3. Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

4. International Shipping

• We ship to a limited number of countries, subject to applicable export controls and each destination’s import regulations on bullion and precious metals.
• International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on customs processing.
• The customer is solely responsible for confirming that importing gold/silver bullion is permitted in their country, and for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees due on arrival. Gold Kings Investments does not cover or reimburse these charges.
• We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an international order.

5. Shipping Costs & Insurance

• Shipping and insurance costs are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and destination, and shown before final payment.
• Full insurance coverage is included for the declared value of your shipment until signed delivery is confirmed.

6. Vault Storage Alternative

Clients who prefer not to take physical delivery may request allocated, insured vault storage in lieu of shipment. Contact your account representative to arrange storage.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

• If a shipment is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date (or within 24 hours of receipt for damaged goods).
• Insurance claims are filed on your behalf; resolution timelines depend on the carrier’s claims process.
